No, its not. But we have to be realistic and see that ONE DAY it may very well be...the FDA etc seem to have it in for the word PS and thats gonna keep them busy til more kids start dieing from ECA or whatever it is this time.......

Someone made a post on bb.com that said a senator or congressman(?) was going to introduce the bill the first day back in session - Feb 7. It's not only Avant but all Ph's. Not just transdermals but all orals also. They will try to get everything included with the old steriod act and this will superceed it!

Thats true dg, but the FDA is after Avant Labs transdermals right now.......not in Feb.

This has to do with a labeling claim! As I understand it, it would be to hard to relabel and remain under the Avant labs name/mind and muscle web site being under scrutiny. I think it will be permanent. They are supposedly to be off shelfs DEC. 20-next friday! Unless something changes??? I checked today to see how many I could get my hands on............

Someone said they got ratted on. Not quite sure what this means though! If 1 fast reads this thread, I'm sure he knows more, but I'm not sure how much he can tell!

Yeah, dg I know its over a different thing, my point was just if someone wants avants products they may have read you earlier post and thought they have til Feb to buy them.
