some very good info in these. but, the only thing that seemed a bit strange to me were there was no real talk about the doses these people that had hardening of the arteries or heart problems were taking. and if in fact they ever gave their bodies time off in between cycles for those 10-15 yrs of prolonged use?

Haven't watched it. Would this be something to watch with the GF or by myself? We watched Bigger stronger faster and she loved it.

Edit: I've seen this one. Didn't like it that much.
