It is apparent now the FDA will ban all transdermal because they are not orals and cannot be considered a dietary supplement!!http://www.fda.gov/foi/warning_letters/g3707d.htm

frick'n government!

why don't they just ban all supplements.

Sorry man, but this ain't new news. Two days ago the FDA issued a new "initiative" and dietary supplement enforcement report, where they will be cracking down on the industry. Which wouldn't be a bad thing if they went after the false claims and crappy produces. The problem is, that they seem to go after the effective products. Go figure.

They did this shortly after Bush took office. Not two days ago....

What I am refering to, was posted on its website and dated, two days ago.

Looks like the same thing. Maybe they are just making it public. But I do remember when Bush appointed a new guy over all this they said they were going to crack down. There is a letter on here to Optimum dated May 7, 02. They are cracking down on Optimum for Stevia label claims!! They are after everything!

Everything that works.

The optimum thing was well deserved. I saw the internal letter that went to optimum. I see nothing wrong with going after claims. You can thank cytodyne and muscletech for this

Hmmm, I don't really know much about that, but if they were making false claims, for shame.

Posted by: 1Fast400

It wasn't false claims, but they were wrong in the way they had stuff labeled (little crap, not missing label claim on protein content)

Posted by: Twin Peak

Well, I guess thats legit then, thats been cleaned up right? Because I use Optimum.

Anyone interested in product testing to date, check out 1fast's site. He provides us with testing of products right off the shelf, to see if the label claims are being met. And all this comes out of his pocket. I think this unselfish act of kindness deserves a big THANK YOU!

Mike I can see muscletech, but what did cytodyne do? What specific product?
