12 oz. creamy peanut butter
2/3 cups soft margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound of powdered sugar
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 Tablespoons paraffin (canning wax)
Mix together peanut butter and margarine and powdered sugar.
Add vanilla. Mix very well (I found using gloved covered hands works best!)
Roll into smooth 1 inch balls and place on a wax paper lined cookie
sheet. Chill about 4 hours.
Melt chocolate chips with paraffin in a double boiler.
With a toothpick, stick the center of the peanut butter ball and dip all
but the very top into completely melted chocolate mixture. Drop onto waxed
paper lined cookie sheets to harden (or setup). Chill.
*I found using a good brand name peanut butter and margarine, along with
Nestle chocolate chips, makes the very best candies here. Also, if you live
in a warmer state you will want to keep these refrigerated.

6 oz semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup/240 ml)
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 T water
2 cups raisins
Red cinnamon candies (optional)
Green gum drops, slivered (optional)
In top of double boiler, combine chocolate chips, corn syrup and 1
TBS. water. Over hot, not boiling, water, melt chocolate. (Or
combine in a bowl and melt in microwave.)
Remove from heat; add raisins; mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet covered with waxed
paper. Top each with 3 red candies and 3 gum drop slivers to
make a flower, if desired.
Refrigerate to harden chocolate slightly - about 1 hour.

O' c'mon now, w8.... I've noticed through the last couple of weeks how much both of you have a sweet tooth!
I also noticed that you both incorporate nuts in your diet. Also, the love of chocolate and ice cream! Ha-Ha!
