I've heard a lot of people trash talking l-glutamine. They reference studies who state that l-glutamine supplementation does not significantly raise plasma l-glutamine levels. Are we really interested in plasma l-glutamine levels? I was under the impression that 60% of the free form amino acids in our muscles are l-glutamine. Shouldn't the studies be concerned with these levels rather than plasma levels?
Don't flame me.

When we are talking about glutamine, we are talking about a myriad of positive effects...one of which is GH release. The gluatmine bashers can argue till their faces turn blue...I know it works and will continue to recommend it.
(I can't guarentee you don't get flamed though...TCD where are you?)
