If this is a passing thing.......as in this is the first and last time, I wouldn't worry to much.
First make sure there were not other issues she was not telling you. Women can come so strongly/violently a times, yes, circulation is impaired, headaches occur, they can pass out, they can actually hurt you or themselves. Not to be gross, they can lose control of their bladder or worse. This sounds like a nerve impingment, and a compromised spine or spinal position at orgasm........if it happens again or persists....definitely seek medical help!

I wouldn't worry about it too much, unless it becomes a common problem. Me and my gf have each worn each other out before the other was done so it's no biggie, it's not always the guy who is done first. Good work bro
