The times are all wrong

The times on the board are not accurate at all. Where I live the time is GMT+1, so naturally this is what I set my timezone to. But for some reason, the board says my time is 7 hours BEHIND what it actually is.
Eg: Right now the time is 21:54, but the board says "All times are GMT+1. The time is 14:54"
Why, oh why does happen?

you just have to mess around with the time zones until it's correct for you.

if it is 7 hours off then select the -7 time zone.

Actually, I selected GMT+8 and it's workin'
