Hey guys and gals,
I need some help once again. We're talking about work outs and not diet cause i'm on a really good one right now (bulking w/ slow burners, a.k.a TOO MUCH FRIGGIN FOOD DIET). Anyways, what can i do to increase my bench. I weigh 165lbs, and I put up 175lbs. on the bench. What work outs can I do to bring up my bench, The comp is March 22 so I got a fair amount of time, right? Thanks

I bet the winner in your class puts up in the upper 300's.

Try westside barbell club powerlifting routine. Also, I agree with dg806. In all honesty, you may want to train for a year or so to get to a level at your weight to be competitive. Good luck in March. Here is the link - Westside Barbell Club
