Fellows,

I am about to start a cycle of Sust/Dbol. My question is on the BF%. I am not quite sure where mine is, but I am definitely around the 20percent mark.

What is the optimal BF range to start such a cycle, or any for all its worth.
I know buddies of mine that suffered when their BF was high?
but

What are the implications of starting such a cycle with a high BF

for bulking up, I say you get down to at least 14-15. The risks are the increased bodyfat will start from a higher point. And many believe that this leads to more or more serious estrogenic sides. Dbol could make you hold alot of water

Alot of people like to be 14% approximately or less, because bulkers like to eat freely for maximal gains. Bulk/cut/bulk/cut is the somewhat normal way of doing things.

Some use test to cut even, but with test/dbol you will hold water, so you may not feel all that cut.

until about 2weeks post cycle If you keep your diet clean, you can gain a better % lean tissue and thereby reduce bf%... but that's a tricky b*tch

Cornfed - Mudge thanks for the input

I am probably better off by reducing that BF down before starting the cycle,

DO you guys now see why I want to pop those so called clen pills for breakfast

If you keep your diet pretty clean, get lots of protein and try not to raise the calories until needed, you may do ok. So, its really up to you.

if estrogenic fat is an issue use novedex or armidex through out. BUt i agrea its all about diet when bulking or cutting u can stay releativly lean if you eat clean

agreed.

But just as a reminder... NEVER start a cycle when you are unsure about your ability to keep up post cycle on diet and training!!! I lost 6 hard-earned lbs from my last go @ gaining
