what excercise do you think hits the biceps the hardest

not sure exactly what you mean by "hits the biceps the hardest"?
but if I had to pick one bicep exercise it would be standing barbell/ez-bar curls.

Standing BB curls is pretty much the classic "mass builder" for biceps, basically the most rudimentary and basic movement involving both sides, is the one to use as a base. Remember though biceps are SMALL, they dont take alot of work and triceps are going to be the most mass in your arm.

Tjis is just my opinion but I prefer the standing bicep cable curl with either a straight bar or ez-curl bar. Although not a free weight movement it allows you to go heavy and maintain good form...minimal swinging and hyperextension of the back...and puts tremendous tension on the biceps through the entire range of motion.
I have been doing these a lot lately and am seeing great results.

I prefer standing DB curls or preacher curls. Lately though I've been doing 'Concentration curls' (don't know if that's the proper name, I read it somewhere) - Concentration curls work really well for in "keeping me honest" as it forces full extension. Obviously I try to do this for all of my exercises, but when you're winding down I find concentration curls, no matter how much I "want" to cheat :P I can't.

can't say i'm curling much these days but when i do i definately love preacher curls... bilateral or unilateral... standing DB curls are alright too... but why curl when you can do chin ups?!

Rows, all the way.
This was a hell of a bump...

IMO I agree with the standing EZ bar curls. Once I started throwing in 21's I really noticed new peaks on my biceps.

i started those 3 months ago and have deffiantly seen a difference i do another one now using 3 sets of 3 reps but its resistance
the training partner will apply pressure to the bar and you must try and prevent it from lowering then , when at the bottom you must force it up while he makes it harder for you.
rep consists of 10 secs down then 10 seconds up.
this excersize has made a huge impact on my bicep workouts.
