need help,and lots of it

hey im new to these forums, i only started reading yesterday.so go easy on me

well here it is
im 17 i weight 98 kgs
and i am 175 cm tall

what i want to do is lose fat and tone up.
i have no idea what i should be eating and how often
i also need help with a trainign secdule

heres the things i have to work with
- a rowing machine
-a skiping rope
-a 50kg boxing bag
-weights .free hand,bench,leg curls,and free bar.
-and runign shoes
-all the time in the world(iv got 6 mounths of holidays with everyday free ,all day)
edit/- i also have strap on weights 2x1kg and 2 x1.5 kg they go aaround your ankes or arms and i dont knwo if they will be any good?/

i know i may be asking a bit much but i cant think of a better place to ask,and from reaing other posts i know u guys know alot about traing.

Welcome to IM

First of all....your stats are not complete enough for us, we need to know a bit more about your Body composition (and body type- somatotype)........genetics (parents)...level of training (experience)...and current or most recent Nutritional Program (meals, calories, etc)

Then......understand at 17......you have an excellent opportunity to progress in Weight Training/BB..because of your hormonal profile....and rather than "diet"...you want to learn how to eat Healthy and Train hard.

That said....required reading (please)...then we will be back to answers your questions

Well I dunno W8, looking at the pics of you I've seen,,,, you should be in the Training forum more often giving advise. Whatever you do for you obviously works, expecially your diet info. Yes,,, I may not post in your journal but I've read it. excellent.

I do what DP tells me to ...and he's here in training I prefer to stick to nutrition

OHHH W8,, after seeing your awesome body, I should have known GP had a hand in it. That man knows his s#@t. Now that I've been doing his routine now for 1 1/2 months I'm waiting for the transformation to start kicking in. I just have to stop missing workouts. (not lazy but family responsiblities keep messing me up).
