Diet the rest off? How?

I lost about 25 lbs in 3 months ... just from lifting and mild cardio.

The last 2 months, I have been pretty much the same weight wise. I'm DEFINITELY losing fat and putting on muscle, but I also know that I could be down to about 220 (was previously).

I don't eat by a strict set of rules, but generally speaking, I eat pretty healthy, and have cut portion sizes.

What would be a good way/plan to make the next leap?

My endurance is up, because I've been running and rollerblading, and hope to start biking again soon ... I do cardio at least twice a week ... sometimes more, sometimes less, kinda depends how I feel ...

You should post your diet. It sounds like things have worked well for you this far. It looks like getting a little more strict with your diet is going to help you make your next leap.

Well ... basically ... I take a multi vitamin once or twice a day ...

I have protein powder, but I don't often take it.

I generally snack on grapes or chex mix, LOVE chex mix.

I like to eat a lot of fish, salmon almost exclusively, once every other week or so I'll treat myself to a nice steak.

I also have a weakness for Taco Bell ... (maybe twice a week there?) ....

I tend to drink about twice a week, sometimes more, sometimes less. I typically stick to black russians, so it's pretty much just straight alcohol. (instead of whities, with the cream, or other stuff with lots of sugar).

I've been doing my best to avoid fried foods and unhealthy stuff.

One big thing is that I find that I'm not hungry often. I haven't been able to stick to the 6 meal / day thing. So I generally eat 2 small meals, with a late snack.

I don't monitor calories and stuff like that, but I know that when I don't eat much, I can easily lose a couple pounds in a week.

Last time I lost a lot of weight in one swoop, it was because I ate TONS of carrots for a week. Really filling, and mostly water.

Anyways, besides my rant ... I know I can stick to something if I set it, I was just kinda wondering what general direction I should start with regards to correcting my eating habbits, so I can tackle that last 30 ...

You really need to post your diet along with the times of your meals. You need to figure out how many calories your are eating daily along with you macronutrient breakdown. Your diet looks like it needs a lot of work if you want to lose that extra weight. How can you expect to lose the weight eating taco bell, lots of chex mix and drinking twice a week?

Gee, you make it sound, so, so ... well ... damn.

I'll get some plan together this weekend and post it.
