Everything seems close to the values on the lable, except for the sugar...lable shows 6g, but the test showed over double of 14g.

According to Detourbar.com, the net impact carbs are only 10g, whatever that means.

NO......I don't think it's possible to have a bars, get a good portion of protein and only a few grams of carbs........So, No I don't know of a better one. I do try to stay away from those bars though.

In any case, my wife is addicted to them. I guess they're better a Snickers.
