I was just thinking of the different meats that we can consume to obtain the most protein. I was wandering if pork is better than beef as a source of protein. How often in a diet should pork be consumed? I know beef is quite expensive and pork is at better prices. Thanks for the time and wisdom!!

What a simple question. The meat that contains the most protein is...THE BIGGEST ONE.
Im a beef person. Maybe eat pork once every NEVER. Bacon doesnt count
Its an odd question but its going to boil down to what you can afford to eat and put in your overall diet. If I had the money id probably eat lamb and seafood more.

i believe beef has more amino acid but at our level im sure it dont matter just hit you r protein intake with numerous sources and yourll be fine

No point to over-think minor details. Composition of aminos vary from each. Both are good sources of complete proteins. In our countries, we aren't deficient in nutrients, no need to be concerned.

Beef. Ain't nothing will make you grow like beef and milk. Steak is where it's at, burgers aren't bad either.

True , I walked right into that one. But we're all kids until we can compete in Mr. O, and Arnold did drink milk!
