Bar Review: BALANCE GOLD CRUNCH SERIES

I wanted to give these bars a couple of weeks and get some feedback before
writing this......lol

After Balance's recent Additions of Triple Chocolate Chaos (Gold)...and Penut Butter (uncoated)

Balance has introduced "The Gold Crucnch bar"...as the name implies......layers...with one of the layers being a delicate yet chewy crucnch...

3 Flavors

Smores.......so far the least favorite...tastey but not perfect

Chocolate Mint Cookie......if you like mint....this is "your" bar......much better than the Smores

Chocolate Chocolate Crunch.......PLEASE....stay away from this bar...IT'S TOO DAMN GOOD!

p.s. Also be on the lookout in 2-3 weeks for U-TURN....Detour's Sister....30 P and taste's like a "Milky Way"
(not that I would remeber what a MW tastes like LOL)

Detour sounds like it'll put a detour on your nutritional plan and U-turn will put you back where you started.....

I found a Detour bar the other day and decided to give it a try. Probably the best bar I've tasted, but I find that no matter what they do or try, they still can't get rid of the "gritty" taste in em.

As for Balance bars - haven't found one I like yet. Looking forward to the U-Turn though!

You really thought so Lean. WOW, I didn't find them gritty at all. I hate all protein bars because of the taste but these were the first ones that I actually liked.

Not that I'm suppose to eat them, just saying I liked them!

32 P 21 C and 9 F (6 Sugars, 3 Fiber) 290 Calories

However....I think it was Dero or Kuso who posted a Lab Analysis at 310 Kcal, 32 P 22 C and 10 F, that onefast400
had obtained

So very close to the label!

Jodi - yah, I found them a LITTLE gritty. But as I said, the best bar I've ever had. And yes, I'm a gonner too if they make this U-Turn bar! Wahooo!

HEY DP - I've been searching high and low for that new balance bar peanut butter. everyone is out of stock on them. any ideas?

btw, I tried that satisfaction bar - OH YEAH - mmmMM. one problem - 47g carbs - D'OH!

I only have one distributor out of many carrying that P-Nut Balance right now (trying to get others to bring it in)...and one of the gyms is cleaning me out of it regularly......I'd say just keep on trying, it's a dam good bar.

...and all the Satsifaction flavors are good, but you are so right, MEGA-CARBS!
