I've been taking in 350 - 400 grams of protein a day now for about 5 years. I weigh 180 lbs and are very trim. But lately I ssem to be stuck interms of weight gain. Do you guys think I should add more protein to my diet or am I just maxed out genetically.

I've got about 10 years under my belt with weighttraining - still looking for good advice.

What is your total daily caloric range?
Carbs and fat?

I personally think that's way to much protein.I think a 1 gram per lb of body weight is fine. All that aside it's very possible you've hit your max you could try another bulking cycle if not already on one and stop any cardio or maybe take some PH's or something

Your protein intake is fine...2 g per lb of bodyweight is great. What are you doing in terms of fats and carbs? What about your training. I have been training for 15 years and I'm still gaining. I do not believe you've come to your genetic limit yet...no way!
