Organize a specific time for chat each week for an hour or so. This way members can talk to one another and you cheerful guys heh.

Now this is a good idea!!!! I'm not in the chat much like I was because people aren't going in there. But I definitely would if we had a set time where people would be in there.

That would be a good idea. Not sure if we can do that better with the AIM instead of the board chat.

I think it will be slow going at first, but as more members arrive (and they see someone is always there at the selected times), things will pick up.
