How come it says I have 5 messages in my PM box and that it's 6.67% full, but when I go to my PM's nothing is there in either the inbox, sent or message tracking area?

there are probably messages in the sent box, you need to increase the "Show messages from", the default is 45 days, so anything older will not show unless you increase it.

I thought I had done that, but I must not have been going back far enough. I selected "from the beginning" this time and I found them.
