Mono celebrates his weightloss by getting fat!

Well... not exactly. But today was the first "cheat meal" ive had in a loooong time.

I was down in bean town for the day, and stopped at Legal Sea Foods. I couldnt resist... theyre stuff is so tasty.

Started off with a couple white bread rolls with butter. It sounds silly, but they were sooo good to me. I hadnt had white bread or even butter for that matter in like 6 months.

Next i had some absolutely delectable clam chowder. Sooo creamy!

They finally brought out the main course... i had Dover Sole... apparently its airfreighted in from Holland. When they brought it out, they actually have the server filet it for you right there. Christ, it was so good though. Every bite was a little piece of heaven. Oh, and i cant forget the nice little pile of white rice that came with it.

After all that, came dessert. I couldnt bring myself to order something really bad... so i got the sugar free (w/ aspartame) chocolate mousse. Certainly didnt taste sugar free though, so i wasnt complaining.

Im not looking forward to tomorrow when my meals go back to eggs and chicken.

Man you lucky SOB!! I lived in Boston for 4 years going to college. I lived right around the corner from legal seafood in the back bay. That place is killer. But right across the street in Atlatic Fish co., now that place is UNBELIEVABLE!!! If you were in the back bay and went to legal over Atlantic you made a huge mistake. lol.

If you like vietnamese go to china town and go to Penang resturaunt. That was my favorite place to have a cheat meal. The food there is awesome.

haha, yeah, ive been to the atl fish co. they have some good stuff... but i didnt go to the legal there. i actually went to the one in framingham on my way back. boston was a zoo.

never heard of the penang place, ill have to check it out next time im there. dont think ive ever even had vietnamese before...

OMG! I was in Boston a couple of weeks ago down at Government Center and I crossed over to check out the aquarium and I had to literally run past Legal. I love there Clam Chowda! SHIT, now I'm craving seafood again and baked Cod aint gonna cut it.

haha. well after a meal like that... i might just give up on this whole "healthy living" schtick.
