i was wondering if anyone else had this problem with SDMZ?

i was about 3 weeks into the cycle, when i ran i had extreme pain in my shins and quads, felt as if they were literally shedding away under my skin! pain was unbarrible. i finished the cycle and the pain is lessening after each run but man did it really suck when i was on cycle!

nothing like that ever...maybe you've been more intense in your workouts as a result of the sdmz and that has contributed to a training injury. That would be my number one suspect here.

Why the hell are you running for anyway? Unless you're a sprinter, any kind of hormonal product is probably counter productive (more stress on joints from carrying additional body weight, less than ideal bad cholesterol levels etc.). If you're just looking for some cardio, do something low impact instead like swimming or ellipticals.

Were you running on pavement? I typically only use the elliptical on cycle for the sole reason of avoiding shin pain/pump. Everyone always talks about how great of a pump they get on Superdrol, but some dont realize that when you run your shins, calves, quads are being pumped with blood just like a bicep or chest workout.

You may experience extreme pumps or muscle cramping. Gatorade seems to help me.

I have been there many of times on PH. You must must and must watch this as your bones will be a little fragile while on PH. What I did to mitigate this was use bioflex, calcium and vitamin d, good fish oil and keep pedialite on hand to keep muscle well hydrated. For cardiovascular avoid impact exercises such as running and stick to an elliptical or bike. You will be fine. Now go drink some pedialite!!!

So Mote it Be

Water is great but electrolytes will help you hold the water.

I used to get the same thing while playing hockey on M1T. Pain was intense. Additional electrolytes seemed to offer a little help.
