In my opinion, if you are trying to drop bf you don't want the carbs pre w/o becuase they will get in the way of your fat being used as fuel. Try haveing just the protien and maybe a little fat. After your w/o just have the protein. Then anywhere from an hou to an hour and a half after your post w/o shake you can have a meal consisting of slow burning carbs, protien and fat.

Did I say w8? I meant P-Funk.

Posted by: oceangurl01

im not lying! i have it right next to me, go to
www.biochem-fitness.com

Posted by: Freeman

I didn't say YOU were lying.

Posted by: Prince

240 calories?

7 grams fat = 63 cals
21 grams protein = 84 cals
total cals = 147

how could it be 240 cals?

Posted by: ZECH

Glycerin.................=sugar!

Posted by: Prince

yeah, but that is supposed to be included in the total carb count according to the FDA.

Posted by: oceangurl01

so, I guess you dont recommend it! good thing i only 1/2 of the bar.... so throw the other half in trash???

Posted by: oceangurl01

did you guys look at the website and see the nutri info of that evily bar

Posted by: Prince

if they're not even reporting the calories accurately I would not buy them.

Posted by: oceangurl01

can we sue them because they not reporting the cal right?

Posted by: DaMayor
