I follow the female low carb cutting diet (2 carb-up meals per week). But I find myself completely addicted to Sunflower Seeds. I love them. Am I hurting my progress of losing fat by adding these to my meals? I believe them to be a good source of healthy fats, and as long as I include them in my totals, are these okay to eat on a daily basis?
1 individual package contains:
190 - cals
15g - fat
5g - carb (but 2g fiber)
7g - protein
Is it just me, or does anyone else have this addition to Sunflower Seeds?
Thanks in advance for your response.

Sunflower seeds are great, I love them
Assuming you are factoring them into your daily counts and into your meals so your meals still have the same composition they're supposed, they're okay....for now...you may want cut them during your next tweak though, and make sure you're not getting too much of your fats in the form of nuts/seeds.
That said...if you're buying the little packages that are cooked in oil w/ salt added...you probably want to switch to a bulk source that aren't cooked w/ vegetable fats and loaded w/ salt.

...and they have to be part of a planned meal...no nibbling

You needed to hear it again
You...errr..."do" you have a problem with that?
And we not only want it factored into a meal...we want it at meal time
