Okay, drink this at bedtime or as a meal replacement..ONLY if u are bulking, or an ectomorph or sumpin!

2 scoops Chocolate MuscleMilk 348 cal, 34 g protein
1 c fat free milk 90 cal, 8 g protein
1 tb natural peanut butter 90 cal, 4 g protein
1/2 frozen banana 40 cal
1 packet equal
1 ice cube

Totals: 568 cal, 46 g protein

I've made this shake quite often only w/ a diff. protein. It is yummy. But I've been trying to cut back on my natty PB addiction. I think my stomach has adverse reactions to PB. I get all farty and shit!
