Pood, have you asked any WOMEN that question? They are the ones who LIKE nice butts. As far as the rest of you is concerned, you just need to get in the gym and do some big lifts; deads, squats, rows, etc. Quit wasting your time with isolation movements and stick to the compound work until you get some more size. Speaking of deads, I don't see any un-natural slouch to your back but even so, deads will definitely help your posture. Ab work will help a lot too.
