How long can you keep cooked pasta and rice in the fridge? I want to cook some up at the start of the week and eat it through the week.... the stores have cold pasta salad with fairly long sell by dates on.. so I was going to make my own.....ps any recipes?

Although you can cook both and leave them in the freezer and just run under hot water to thaw when you need it.

I can keep ice cream in the freezer forever ....it's when I pull it out and have to dish it out for someone else that I weaken and lick the spoon
