I want to increase my calorie per day. Unfortunately after starting to eat from 7 am to 7 pm it seems the calories are not enough to gain weight.I go to school and working at the same time. Therefore I need a lot of calorie. no junk food. Anybody out there tell me what can i get to be able to get the required RDA per day and extra calorie for the damn summer? All input are welcome.

you can add MRP's and bars for extra calories.
