Today is day 1.

So far I have 6 cans in me (a few more to go before bedtime), a multi-vitamin/mineral twice, and I have my Metamucil to look forward to tonight, yummy, that'll be my highlight of the day .

All I can say is I did this a couple times last year, and the results are worth the effort.

I just buy the plain old generic kind at my local discount grocery store for 39 cents a can. Costs me 18 bucks for 48 cans.

Dolphin safe, but what do I care, I've eaten and actually like dolphin

Bear, when are you gonna incorporate chicken and cottage cheese? I.E. which day? Is the energy loss dramatic and can I load up on diet coke to keep going?

Today my muscles were achey, probably due to depleted glycogen stores, energy average, but I am on a break from training right now too, I don't know what this would be like if I was lifting.

I have been drinking coffee

Thursday I'll re-introduce carbs into my diet.

It helped me to reduced my BF % a little more right at the end of my cut, and then when you carb up, your muscles actually store more glycogen than normal giving them a much fuller and larger appearance, for a time anyway.

All protein diets followed by carb-ups is a trick BB's use for photo shoots & competitions, so I've learned.
