No, I missed that. When was that?

Posted by: IPMC

It was Friday night..........5-3, I think. In regulation play

I see Bill Guerin is out for the remainder of the regular season. Bad news for the Stars, good news for Detroit.

Did you see Chelios got hurt again last night? He limped off the ice and is day-to-day. Nothing serious at least.

No, I missed last nights game. And was a little pissed about it. I expected the Wings to win, but by ......... 3-points. whew. Nice job.

That looked like a pro team against a high school team. Where were the real Coyotes???

Hey Albob, how have the Flyer's been doing this past week? I have not been able to keep up with any of their games.

Date Opponent Result Score

Thu 20 Los Angeles Kings Win 5-0
Sat 22 Florida Panthers Loss 4-2
Tue 25 Chicago Blackhawks Win 2-0
Thu 27 Chicago Blackhawks Win 5-2
Sat 1 Boston Bruins Win (OT) 3-2

That loss to the Panthers was a shocker but they're finally putting some pucks in the net. I'm getting antsy to see what big deal Calrke's gonna make at the trading deadline.

Lets hope the Flyers can keep climbing. I'd like to see the Wings and the Flyers in the playoffs.........Would make for an interesting cup.

Posted by: ALBOB

I have no doubt they'll both make the play-offs. As it stands now we'd face the Maple Leafs in the first round. I like that match-up. We OWN them. After watching the Wings lately, if I was forced to make a bet on the cup, I'd put my $$$ on Detroit. (I WILL edit that if you try to hold it against me. )

As much as I hate to say this, I'm not feeling like flaming you today.........(god what's wrong with me)

ANYONE but New Jersey in the east, PLEASE. I'm not scared of New Jersey, they are just so damn boring! I thought the Bruins were the team to beat in the east, but the way they have fallen apart is unreal. I don't know about Ottawa...what have they done in the past year to improve?

As far as the west goes, there are at least five serious contenders. It will be tought for the Wings to get through to the finals. CuJo has been shaky at best.

Ummm............started beating every team they face? They're the team to beat in the East right now.

Posted by: I Are Baboon

They were awesome last year too, but at least they finally got to the conference finals last year, instead of getting trounced in the first round.

Posted by: IPMC

Well, I know that Detroit can beat Vancouver. And I know they can beat Dallas. Every time the Stars and the Wings met this year it ended in a tie.

If they always end up in a tie, how do you KNOW they can beat Dallas?

Posted by: I Are Baboon

Detroit can definitley get there. It's just going to be tough.

Funny, no matter who is leading the conference or what team has the most goals, Colorado always scares me the most.

They're 12-2 since the beginning of February, I'd be scared too.

Na, they can beat the shit outta Colorado. Everytime Hull hits the ice, Cujo freezes up.

That would be fine if Cujo were the Colorado goalie. Ever heard of a guy named Wah? (Spelled R*O*Y)
