I went to a organic supermarket and they had soy nuts ... the nutrition value for 1/4 cup of soy nuts was : 7 grams of fat, (((8 carbs, 8 fiber))) and 13-14 protein.. on fit day when i check the soy nuts info : 7.8 carbs, 4.1 fiber (meaning there is some carbs that we need to count from that) , 6 fat and 8 protein...
should i beileve the supermarket's info?????
