gimme your 2 cents/ cutting diet

alright, i've just started cutting on sunday. this is my very first time at this. i think im doin it right but not totally sure. im about 5'10'' 205 with bout 12%bf. do u think this diet will work?

7:00
glutamine

7:30
1 egg, 4 eggwhites
2 slices wheat toast
bowl of multigrain cheerios (dont know if these r ok to have cuttin)
large glass of skim milk
1 banana

11:30
whatever we have for school lunch
i stay away from the crap food

2:30 PREWORKOUT
turkey n cheese sandwhich on wheat

4:00
protein shake
glutamine
1.5 cups of rice
piece of fruit

6:00
chicken breast
1/2 cup of rice
2 large glasses of skim milk

8:00
1-2cups cottage cheese
turkey or chicken breast

10:30
protein shake


please critique or just throw in your 2 cents. much appreciated

Add 2 more whole eggs and 2 Egg whites, get rid of the bread, cheerios, milk and banana and have 3/4 C. Oats instead.

11:30
whatever we have for school lunch

Make sure you have a Protein, Green Veggie and a Fat Source

2:30 PREWORKOUT
turkey n cheese sandwhich on wheat

Processed meats are a no no as well as bread. Instead have a can of Tuna (no bread) 1 T. Full Fat Mayo and a veggie

4:00
protein shake
glutamine
1.5 cups of rice
piece of fruit

ly Slow burning carbs, because you want to stay away from an insulin spike. So get rid of the white rice and fruit and have your Potein Powder with 1 T. Flax Oil or 3 T. Heavy Cream and some berries instead

6:00
chicken breast
1/2 cup of rice
2 large glasses of skim milk

Again get rid of the milk and get plenty of water. Your rice should be 3/4 C. of Brown Rice instaed and also a fat source is needed. How bout a salad with Olive Oil & Vinegar on it.

8:00
1-2cups cottage cheese
turkey or chicken breast

Need some veggies and a fat source here

10:30
protein shake

Again a fat source is needed to slow down digestion

My thoughts are

1) forget the Cheerios and go with some oatmeal
2) Take your own lunch to school. Far better than anything a school serves
3) Do away with the cheese.
