ok i have a question as top what suppliments i should take.
first of all, i use creatine(im taking a break for two weeks right now though to let my levels even off) and protein, and take in about 225 g protien a day (i weigh 173 lbs). i use AST creatine monohydrate, so im not using crappy stuff. but i have a question: when is the best time during the day to take my creatine?
also, i am looking into taking another suppliment or two as well, i really am just interested in putting on mass. i am lookin at both ecdysterone and prohormones. what would you recommend taking and why? if i had it my way id take steroids, but due to unavailability and price......... im lookin to do something else. i just talked to a guy who swears by ecdysterone, but after searching around on this board, im not so sure. or maybe there is something i didnt list that you think i should take. help me out here! thanks!

Make sure to take some Cowboys from Hell either before the gym, or during your workouts.
Other than that, I can't recommend much in the way of supplements, I dont think most are worth the money. Watch the diet, work smart and hard, watch your vitamins, and thats about it, JMO.
