hello all
have a question about using lortab to control pain in shoulders. would this be counterproductive to building muscule? shoulders only hurt through a short rom otherwise ok.

well, I know that ibuprofen and acetaminophen (which is one of the ingrediants in Lortab) can hinder protein synthesis.
do you know what the cause of your shoulder pain is? rotator cuff possibly?

not sure have been doing rotater cuff work. got lortab from doc after knee scope a few weeks ago. just wanting to be safe and not hinder any progress.
