what is your goal, and since you want to work each bodypart 2x per week how will you be working them in respect to weight/sets/reps?

I am a litle confused as to how you combined some of your excercises man. you say you want to train chest, tris, & shoulders one day (which I think is too much to do in 1 training session), then you want to do bi's, and lats and up rows? up rows are for the front delts, so they should go on shoulder day. then your back training is lacking if you are just going to hit the lats, and you say you want to do a split w/ everything but the legs. don't neglect those legs man. It doesn't sound like you are to the point where you need to be doing splits, but maybe I'm wrong. Like Prince said, we need to know you goals, where you are at, etc.. for a split, you need to organize your workouts to where for example, early in the week you have qa dynamic training day where you are using lighter weights & not going to failure. then day two for that bodypart is a heavy day. your muscle group must be recovered though to do this

Yes,I think it's likely to lead to OT
