Flu symptoms

My dad has got flu-like symptoms... is there anything you guys would suggest he supplement with to help?

I saw DP suggest "Defense Plus" by Nutri Biotics in another thread. Is that the best thing he can take? Are there other things that should be taken in tandem with it?

Yes...it's the best..and

If you are pretty sure it's the Flu...try Oscillococcinum ....it'a a homeopahtic (duck hearts and livers...lol) that works really well.....don't use a whole dose however.....comes in 3 and 6 doses (tubes)...only use 1/4 to 1/3 of a tube!

Any idea of what brick and mortar stores sell this stuff? I checked the local stop and shop and the natural foods store and neither of them had the Nutri Biotic stuff.

Ordering online it'll take like a week to get here.

Check out a homeopathic store. I don't know if you have an A Market by your or a Natural Marketplace but both those stores sell it. Its good stuff!

Funny story....I was just traveling and went to Health Food Store...the clerk had a bad URI and a cough, looked like Bronchitis was next....so he only had the Grapefruit Seed extract Capsules from Nutribiotic, advised him on how to take them.......I came back 36 hours later...he was like cured.....all smiles!

Orally....lol

Usually we never recommend exceding the label dosing.....but we have seen rather good results at double the label suggestion, however, like an antibiotic (it's antiviral, antifungal and antimicrobial)...loose stool or diarrhea may result!

Also....please try this at your own risk.....I'm just mentioning the way my clients have used these products
