I'm at the end of a cycle of 1-AD, and I also happened to have just told a couple members of a group project of mine to "go fu*k off" as a result of some basic teamwork tension.
I think I'm also having more violent/aggressive moods. Like I can walk all the way to school with my fists clenched, and an angry look that I think would scare little children.
It could just be school related stress.. but has anyone else found 1-AD change their moods for the worse? Is there any basis for assuming it can do something like this?
