My shoulder workout consists of:
Military press 2 sets at 4-6 reps
Standing lateral raise 2 sets at 6-8 reps

All are working sets.

is it your neck muscles that make it look like a slope?

Posted by: kidda9

Jemal,it looks like my Levator Scapulae(neck/shoulder) that is slopet.

Tcd,my inital post wos to see if there wos anyway that i can make my shoulders less slooped and more square or if it wos all down to genetics.

Thanx for all the help!
