Need help with a diet plan. I am 6 foot and 165 pounds. I want to get to at least 185 pounds but don't want any excess fat becoz i already have a bit not that much but you can;t see my abs at all. I currenty don't have any supplements such as protein poweder or creatine. Cal intake? Protein intake? Meal Suggestions?
