Originally posted by Prince The carbs you eat post work-out will be used to replenish glycogen stores in your muscles and liver. It's doubtful that any will get stored as fat, that's why it's okay (and preferred) to eat simple carbs post-work-out, along with a high BV protein such as whey. |
