Supplement Use

Anyone have any other suggestions of supplements to use. I am 33 years old and getting back into weights after some extended time away from home (US Navy). I currently do cardio in the mornings 5 days a week and lift 4-5 days a week in the afternoon. Currently I use Nitro-Tech or Problend 55 and Cell Tech for Creatine. I would like to get a little bigger and of course drop a little body fat (now sitting at about 18%) My diet probably isnt the best in the world but not the worst either. Work situations dont always lend to eating the best, but like I said I do the best I can. Usually I can get in 4 meals a day.

Any suggestions are appreciated

well, there is no supplement for a poor diet, but if you're using Whey protein and Creatine, I would recommend adding Glutamine.

Maybe some high protein bars for convenience

I had that same question. About 16 years ago. I'm 33 now and I never did find a nice basic, sample kinda guide that just says.. here's the supplements that most people think makes a good foundation. I also never found a basic meal plan that was realistic for gaining weight for a guy who actually has a 8 hour job.
