Well, I got through my first ever Figure comp, not coming in at my best. Well, I want to rectify that, but I really do have a BB body type, so I am just gonna do that. I was always shy of this because of the roidal he shes out there, but I am gonna try a natural show. I want to get back to this: ,
See, I told you I have muscle, I just have some fat to strip. But as you know, getting lean and competing are two very different things.
I know nothing about posing, a posing routine, etc., etc.
Now I know some of you offer your services online, but if anyone could suggest someone local for me in the East Bay of CAli, that'd be great. I need to get with someone, preferrably female, to coach me in posing.
