what up guys got another question
is taking a week off your cycle a good idea? somone told me half way through my cycle to take a week off from AS, not lifting.
has anyone done this b4 or is it stupid i think his reasoniong was to make it last longer, im in my 3rd week of a 8 week cycle so i was wondering wether to lay off the AS next week

Choosing not to lift is one thing, but do not stop injections half way through, your levels will yoyo and that is not a good thing.
Your body will spend every moment adapting to the stuff your pumping in your blood, get on it, and get off it when its time to get off it, dont yoyo. You will have plenty of time to recoup when your OFF cycle, that is the time that you should invest, to make sure that your next cycle is as productive.
