Need Advice

Below is my diet that i eat pretty close to everyday.
i am 38 yrs young , 187cm , 87kgs and about 12% bf.
i train mon,tues,thurs and friday
i want to put on as much muscle as i can without blowing out my bf
6.30am optimum pro complex and 4 weet bix
9.30am 250gms low fat cottage cheese
12.30pm 500gms mashed red skin potato and 120 gms chicken breast and 1 whole fried egg in olive oil
3.30pm 300gms wholemeal pasta in soy sauce with 120 gms chicken breast
training at 5.00pm to 6.00-6.15
whey shake and creatine with glucose straight away after training
7.00pm 200gms steamed fish and 500 gms mashed red skin potato and 1 whole fried egg in olive oil
10.30pm optimum pro complex
10.31 sleep
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
ps wednesday is a day of complete rest and on saturday and sunday evening i walk briskly for 10 kms each night
