What am I doing wrong?

Here is the deal. My diet has been the following for the last 2 months. All though I have gotten leaner and stronger I can't seem to put on the weight. Here is a short breakdown. Any suggestion would be great!
Meal 1 MRP, 2 scoops of isopure and 1 cup of unsweeted frozen strwberries.
Meal 2 Mrp , 2 scoops of isopure , and 1 seriving of lite whip cream.
Meals 3 1 chicken breast, 2 scoops of isopure , 1 bowl of greens with 1 tablespoon of flax. ! med size sweet potatoe.
Meal 4 same as meal 2.
Meal 5 mrp , 4 oz of salmon . bowl of greens with flax oil.
Meals 6 same as meal 2.
Know I was gaining a few pounds then I got sick. While sick I only lost 2 pounds. When I got back to a full deit I dropped another 4 pounds.
I am trying to gain lean mass and don't want to put of alot of fat.

You're on a cutting program not a bulking Program....
Add 2/3 cup of oats to Meal one or two, make one of them SOLID food....4 shakes a day and 2 SOLIDS is not good for your digestive system...and Brown Rice or more SP to meal 5, chuck 'lite' cream, WTF is that?
And make sure your getting 15-20 grams of fat per meal 
Your stats would be really helpful

DP Thanks! My stats are as followed:
5'7" 174 lbs @ 6% bodyfat. Would like to be at 180 or 185 under 10 %.

Good! Try those changes gradually, the brown rice/SP, the solid meals, just 1/2 cup of slow cooking oats instead or 2/3... and let's keep the fat at about 15 grams per meal
