maltodextrin

I just realized that my stevia powder has maltodextrin added to it....could this interfere with a low carb cut? Does anyone use stevia that has nothing added to it and tastes all right ? (I bought this green stuff once but it had a NASTY aftertaste). I don't even really know what maltodextrin is...but it sounds evil....

Usually it's just enough to mix it and make it flow. If it weren't for the malto, pure stevia is very concentrated and hard to measure. Typically it's less than one gram of added carbs in a serving (which adds up if you use multiple servings).

OK at the beginning of a cut..switch to liquid later in your cut...Wisdom of the Ancients and Now both make a good clear stevia liquids and powders
