sweet potato consumption

I was just wondering if there's a limit to how many sweet potato's I can eat during a day on a cutting cycle. I usually cook about 10 sweet potatos at 1 time and then eat them in them within the next 3 days. Usually 2 or 3 sweet potato's for 1 day. Is this to many on a cut cycle.

Depends on your goals, stats, metabolism, rest of your program and the size of your Yam (s)

Would be way too much for me cutting, but I could cleary do 6 oz 2-3 X a day if my only carb source
