When i first started i was 215pds at 23% bodyfat but it seems really hard getting past 10% my friend told me to take clenbuterol that it might help. Thanks for any info.

I eat about 5 times a day sometimes 6 basic foods are oatmeal, sweet potatoes. chicken, turkey, protien bars low carb, whey protien shakes, rice cakes, whole wheat bread, broccoli. spinach, carrots ect. I pretty much choose complex carbs and good protien choices i also try to stay low carb and low fat high protien.

There's your problem right there, if you cut out the high glycemic carbs and replaced them w/ more complex, slower burning carb sources, your insulin would be more stable and you'd stay in fat burning space more often.

Also, going both low carb and low fat isn't a good idea...otherwise you're using protein for energy...of course, this depends on how you define "low"....what is low to you may not actually be low to others, depends on where you started from. Going low carb for too long may slow your metabolism, so you may just need a good carb up.

If you want to breakdown your meals we can help further.

Clen would definitely help you go below 10%. But then again, clen is a pretty big jump in the supp department, IMO.

Before you try clen or anything of that nature, you can try:

-tweaking your diet (carb ups, refeeds, lower cals)
-more, shall we say, legal supplements. A good EC stack will help greatly.

Thanks for the info i thought potatoes and rice also wheat bread were good. Well now i'm alittle confused as to which carbs are best for what i want to achieve. To me low carb is less than a hundred a day and as far as fat under 30g a day. This is the first time in my life that i'm real serious about dieting and it is very confusing i lost the weight but i dont know how to eat anymore i'm stuck with the same things all the time. I'm also weak as hell in the gym not much energy. Thanks for the help.

Low carbs depends entirly on the person. What is low for one person is high for another. As far as fat goes under 30g a day? You can eat more fat than that. I get 15-20g in one meal. The fat is going to help you get leaner by helping to regulate insulin levels. Do you supplement with any EFAs?

I agree...I also use less than 100 g carbs as low but many here think otherwise. As for fat under 30 g that is WAY too low..IMO. I would NEVER drop my fat below at least 50 grams...more like 60 though with 100g carbs and 1.5g P/lb.

Also...like w8 said...cut out the white potatos, rice cakes, bread, etc. and use brown rice, sweet potato, oatmeal, beriies, apples, etc. as complex carbs. Also make sure you're eating plenty of essential fats...which you likely aren't if fat is less than 30g.
