| well im not on a low low carb diet i have fitted my diet to be that all meals are 33% of fat/carb/protiens. so its all equaled out. but the peanut butter with the cottage cheese? thats a little out there. Peanut butter is so fatty im not sure if im brave enough to eat that before i go to bed. |
but i always thought fat before bed was bad but im now learning it isnt. takes a while to sink in but these new ways are making life more easy believe it or not. way back when i used to workout 3 hours everyday, then i learned it was nonproductive. simpler is always better.

Obviously too much fat isn't good but a reasonable amount...say 15 grams or less give or take a bit should be fine. Just make sure it works in with your daily totals for macros and total cals. |
