I just want to know what everybody eats when it comes to veggies. I want to eat more veggies and I just want people's opinion as to what is tasty and stuff. Usually I have 1 apple, and a couple bowls of salad which has tomato, lettuce, cucumbers, and spinch. Also couple times a week when I can't get home I'll eat a sub with green peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and hot peppers. I usually take the bread out of it so usually its like a thin piece of bread underneth the veggies and grilled chicken. Messy yes, but I avoid overdoing the carbs.

Anyways please tell me what veggies you eat or what you put in your salads. Thanks.

Again it's all goes for me but right now I'm eating a lot of the following:

Green Beans
Onion
Tomato
Mushrooms
Romaine Lettuce

Lately I've been making a gr8 meal:

X-Lean beef or groung turkey with kidney beans, onion, tomato, mushrooms, green beans, hot chilli pepper flakes, chilli powder, garlic, and pepper. Basically you cook the meat and add the vegies and cook...add spices, simmer, and enjoy. I cook large batches and then pack meals for a few days. Easy and a gr8 way to get lots of prtein, vegies, and fiber!

For the most part though, I stick to broccoli, carrots, green leaf lettuce, peppers, and green beans.

Hearts of palm
Artichoke heart

olives (fruit)
Avos (fruit)
Red cabbage
