Hello all. I am new to this board. I thought i would make my first post about my goals for for my forthcoming diet and training regime.
My current stats are: 27 years old, 5' 10'', 109 kilograms(240 pounds), 45 inch waist( way too fat).
My current goals: To transform my body into the muscular ripped physique that i had once when i was 21. To have visible abs once again(this will take a great deal of work.
I will keep a daily diary located in the Daily Diaries section.
