Ok, so my father is a diabetic, and overweight. He finally is deciding to take care of himself, and asked me to make him a diet. So first i was curious what the macronutriet breakdown should be for a diabetic. Im guessing all low GI foods would be best. Also any links with info would be greatly appreciated.
